She earned her Master’s degree in Maxillofacial Surgery from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University), where she also completed clinical training at some of Moscow’s most prestigious institutions, including the N.N. Blokhin National Medical Research Center of Oncology and Polyclinic No. 25. Her work in these renowned centers gave her comprehensive experience in complex head and neck surgeries, oncologic reconstruction, and advanced microsurgical techniques.

Over the years, Dr. Muco has built a diverse career across both clinical surgery and aesthetic medicine. In Albania, she currently serves as an Assistant Surgeon in Plastic Surgery at Trita Hospital, where she assists in a wide range of reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures. Previously, she worked as a Maxillofacial Surgeon at Union Clinic in Tirana and as a Surgical Assistant in Moscow, focusing on oncology-related operations of the head and neck region.

Alongside her surgical career, Dr. Muco has cultivated a deep passion for cosmetic dermatology and facial aesthetics. During her time in Russia, she practiced part-time as a Cosmetologist, performing non-surgical procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, and thread lifting, helping patients achieve natural and balanced results with minimally invasive methods.

Her background in dental medicine and facial anatomy allows her to approach each treatment with exceptional precision and a holistic understanding of facial structure. Before dedicating herself fully to surgery, Dr. Muco also held a management position with Osstem-Hiossen Albania, where she led brand strategy, organized professional trainings, and collaborated with global dental technology leaders including Rhein83 and Kulzer. This experience enriched her leadership, communication, and organizational skills within the healthcare sector.

Dr. Muco actively pursues professional development through continuous education and international conferences. She has participated in numerous scientific events and specialized courses across Europe and Russia, including advanced training in microsurgery, implantology, aesthetic medicine, and oncologic rehabilitation. Her multilingual abilities in Albanian, English, Russian, and Italian enable her to engage effectively with colleagues and patients from diverse backgrounds.
